Shipping & Returns

Free shipping worldwide on all products over 500 AUD.

  • Shipments to countries outside Australia are fully trackable with DHL Asia eCommerce Express.

    Delivery times:
    New Zealand: 3-4 working days
    Rest of the world: 7-10 working days

    On dispatch, all shipments are emailed a tracking number with a link to tracking advice. Shipments outside of Australia can be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.

    Payments of the above local taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    As per laws regulating international commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item in Australian dollars.

  • Items shipped within Australia are fully trackable with Australia Post or StarTrack.

    Delivery time: 2–4 days

    On dispatch, your shipment is emailed a tracking number with a link to tracking advice.

    We do not deliver to PO boxes.

    All Shipments are calculated inclusive of 10% GST.

    The prices of the products published on our website reflect the actual retail price of the goods which are inclusive of 10% GST.

  • Customers must contact hello@atelierstefani.com with a written request to return the item(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery. The written request must include the item invoice number the item name and size to be returned and the number of item(s) to be returned along with a description detailing the nature of the return.

    Once the written request is received, Atelier Stefani will send a confirmation e-mail to the client including the return authorization number.

    Original condition: The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.

    The return of the unused item(s) must reach Atelier Stefani within 10 days of the written confirmation e-mail from hello@atelierstefani.com.

    Return shipment fees:

    The customer is responsible for shipment costs of returned items and any eventual import fees if any.

    Atelier Stefani reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective goods before authorising the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.

    Atelier Stefani will ship the returned corrected goods free of charge or will refund the incurred expenses. Atelier Stefani reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.

    Atelier Stefani will not accept any items that have been worn or altered for any reason.

    All authorised returned merchandise is subject to-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of Atelier Stefani and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy. Atelier Stefani reserves the right to assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.

    If the authorised returned item(s) pass re-entry inspection, the client will receive a confirmation e-mail of the return.

    If the customer requests an exchange for the same value of original purchase, the item will be resent to the client free of charge.

    Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned items to our studio in Sydney. Once received the refund amount will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles. The billing cycles may differ from credit card to credit card.

    Atelier Stefani reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.
